Trophy Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 27, 2026
This notice describes how Seneco Holdings LLC, operating Trophy, collects, uses and shares consumer health data and how you may exercise applicable consumer health privacy rights. It supplements Trophy’s general Privacy Policy.
Consumer health data we collect and use
When you use the relevant features, we collect the fitness and nutrition information you choose to enter: age or date of birth, sex, height, weight, weigh-ins, calorie settings, goals, food and nutrition logs, activity records, workout plans and history, exercises, sets, repetitions and training weights. We also generate progress, calorie, activity and weight-related estimates from those records. These records are linked to your Trophy account identifier.
Optional AI features process the meal photographs, food descriptions and follow-up answers, activity descriptions and supplied profile measurements/settings, or workout text and files you choose to submit. Files and free-form text may include personal information you place in them.
We use these categories to provide the account-based tracking, history, progress, calculations and optional estimation/import features you request; maintain and secure those features; and respond to your privacy requests. Estimates are not diagnoses or verified medical measurements.
Sources
We collect this information directly from you through Trophy’s entry, onboarding, profile and import features. We derive estimates and progress information from those inputs and AI results. An authentication provider supplies the account information used to associate records with your sign-in. Trophy does not currently import medical-provider records or HealthKit data.
Categories shared and recipients
Account-linked records are processed by our managed cloud infrastructure provider, Lovable Cloud, and its infrastructure processors to store and retrieve your requested tracking history.
When you choose an optional AI action and give the requested permission, selected food photos/details/answers or activity descriptions/answers and supplied profile measurements/settings are sent through Lovable’s gateway to OpenAI. Selected workout text/files are sent through the gateway to Google Gemini. These providers process the submitted content to return the result you request. Related technical request information may be processed to operate and secure the service.
We do not sell consumer health data or use it for targeted advertising. Trophy currently has no corporate affiliates with which it shares consumer health data. Information may also be disclosed as required by law or as otherwise permitted under applicable consumer health privacy law.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may request confirmation of collection/sharing, access to your consumer health data and required recipient information, withdraw consent, and request deletion. You may also request correction or a portable copy where applicable law provides those rights. Optional AI sharing permission is separate from acceptance of Trophy’s Terms and acknowledgment of its general Privacy Policy.
To decline future optional AI requests, cancel the permission prompt and use manual tracking. For a broader withdrawal, access, recipient-information or deletion request, contact contact@trophystate.com. Trophy also provides permanent account deletion in Profile → Settings, separate from factory reset. Withdrawal does not reverse prior processing; stopping a requested feature may affect our ability to provide it.
We verify requests using information reasonably necessary to establish your identity, without asking for your password or sign-in codes. An authorized agent may act with appropriate proof of authority. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and communicate any permitted extension. Deletion requests involving processors, archives or backups are handled according to applicable requirements; we do not represent that every copy disappears instantly.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by contacting the same email address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We will explain our appeal decision within applicable legal deadlines. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state privacy regulator, including the Washington Attorney General where applicable. We do not unlawfully discriminate against people who exercise these rights.
